Wellbore Clean-Up Services
Clean casing, clear brine and protected completions. This is the critical handover between drilling and production.
- End to end wellbore clean-up combining mechanical and chemical workstreams in a single, engineered displacement programme
- Mechanical clean-out with casing scrapers, brushes, magnets and junk baskets to remove mud cake, cement debris, metal swarf and residual solids
- Chemical displacement using engineered spacer and pill trains, including push pills, surfactant and viscous spacers, to displace drilling fluid and water-wet the casing
- Programme designed and supervised on site for onshore, offshore and deepwater wells
Filtration Services
Solids-free fluids, on spec every time, protecting the formation and the bottom line.
- High-efficiency filtration of completion, workover, kill and drilling fluids to defined clarity targets (turbidity to client NTU spec)
- Coarse-to-fine train: diatomaceous earth (DE) filter press units for bulk solids removal, followed by cartridge and bag filtration for final polishing
- Brine clarification and reconditioning, restoring used or contaminated brines to gauge quality for reuse
- Filtration support integrated with wellbore clean-up, completion and stimulation operations
- On-site units, real-time turbidity monitoring and full fluid handling support for onshore, offshore and deepwater wells
OCTG Supply & Procurement Services

- End to end procurement and supply of oil country tubular goods: casing, tubing, drill pipe and line pipe, plus pup joints, couplings, crossovers and accessories
- Sourcing across API 5CT and 5CRA with premium connections in standard and corrosion-resistant grades, matched to well design and service conditions
- Quality-assured mill sourcing through vetted manufacturers, with full material traceability and mill certification (MTRs)
- Third-party inspection: mill surveillance, EMI, drift, dimensional and visual thread inspection before delivery
- Threading, recutting and repair of connections, plus pipe rationalisation and refurbishment of existing stock
- Inventory management and stocking call-off, just-in-time and buffer stock arrangements matched to the drilling programme
- Full logistics, expediting and customs clearance, with handling and running support coordinated to the wellsite
Fishing & Rental Tool Services

- Full-scope downhole fishing to recover stuck, parted or lost equipment: drill pipe, BHA components, packers, tubing and junk
- Engineered fishing strings built from overshots, spears, jars, bumper subs and accelerators, designed around each fish and wellbore condition
- Milling and washover services to dress off, cut and recover lost-in-hole and cemented equipment
- Junk retrieval tools, including junk baskets, magnets and reverse circulation tools, to clear debris before completion or sidetrack
- Rental tool fleet covering fishing tools, drilling and completion tools, handling and tubular running equipment, and pressure control accessories, available without capital outlay
